This hardened steel fixture
features a 0.25-inch (6 mm) retractable jaw with serrated teeth for extra
holding power. Jaw opens to 0.22 inches (5.6 mm) to accept wire gauges up to
#10. Designed to be used with a Chatillon force gauge.
Used for general purpose
tensile testing and ideal for rapid, semi-automatic testing of wire,
filament, fiber and cable
