fixture has an upper and lower grip with an eccentrically mounted roller
that self-tightens when the load is applied. The maximum sample width is
1-inch (25mm). The upper grip contains a ball-socket mounting screw to help
ensure axial alignment.
RUBBER TESTING GRIP
Ideally suited for rubber or other flat specimens that are 25mm (0.98in)
wide and up to 6mm (0.24in) thick. Eccentrically mounted serrated
roller grips are self-tightening when the load is applied. A ball socket
mounting screw in upper grip helps ensure proper grip alignment
